Terms of service
1. Property Damage
We understand that accidents happen. While our employees are trained to be careful, any unintentional damage must be reported on the day of the cleaning.
We are responsible for objects our cleaners work with directly—such as furniture, appliances, and floors—as long as these items were in good condition before the service.
If you file a complaint, we will:
-
Conduct an internal investigation.
-
Request photo or video evidence.
-
Compensate for the damage by either covering up to 100% of the cost or paying for repairs, but only if our cleaner is proven to be at fault.
2. Confidentiality
Your privacy is important to us. We guarantee complete confidentiality, ensuring that any information about you, your home, or your office remains private. We will only take photos or videos of the cleaning results with your consent, or in the event of a complaint.
3. Complaints and Claims
If you have a complaint, please submit it within 24 hours of the service being completed via Viber, Telegram, or email. We will not be able to consider any claims submitted after this time.
In response to a valid claim, we may offer one of the following solutions:
-
A repeat cleaning service.
-
A discount on your next service.
-
Partial compensation.
4. Prepayment and Deposit
For larger jobs, such as general cleaning, post-renovation cleaning, or any service lasting more than 3 hours or covering more than 70 m², a deposit is required.
-
The standard deposit is 30% of the total cost.
-
This payment must be made to our company bank account at least 24 hours before the scheduled service.
-
The remaining balance is due after the work is completed and can be paid in cash or by non-cash methods.
Deposit Refund Conditions
-
If you cancel your order more than 24 hours in advance, your deposit will be fully refunded.
-
If you cancel with less than 24 hours' notice, the deposit is non-refundable and will be used to cover administrative costs.
-
The deposit is also non-refundable if we are unable to perform the work due to your fault (e.g., no access to the property, no cleaning conditions, or you don't respond to our contact attempts).
